Galafolio helps professionals assemble that handover in an event gallery. It provides the online delivery workspace; your business remains the couple's service provider and the point of contact for the work.
Use album names the couple will recognise: ceremony, reception, photobooth or audio guestbook. Keep the principal film easy to find and check that a short sample is not mistaken for the final delivery. Different suppliers should agree who prepares the gallery and who checks the final set.
The visitor gallery presents files made visible by the team. A guest contribution journey collects additional files when enabled. Explain the difference on any QR-code card so guests know whether they are opening the photographs or sending their own. Review contributions before making them available to the whole audience.
Choose an access mode with the couple and check the download settings. Include the availability period in the handover message and recommend keeping a separate backup of delivered originals. A gallery is a presentation and delivery service; the couple should not assume that an online link is an unlimited archival promise.
