Conference coverage is easier to use when the recipient can find the relevant session. An organiser may need speaker portraits, a sponsor may need stand photographs and an attendee may want a particular talk.
Build the delivery around the programme. Galafolio groups photographs, video and audio in event albums, with one visitor journey that your production team can review before handing it over.
Name albums after sessions, rooms or days using the terms printed in the programme. Confirm speaker names and the order of files before publication. For parallel sessions, keep the room and date visible in the naming so two similarly titled talks cannot be confused.
A communication team can use an initial album of approved highlights while you finish the rest of the coverage. Publish only files that are ready to be seen. If sponsors, press and attendees must receive different material, use separate events with appropriate access rather than relying on album names as restrictions.
A video of a talk and a separate audio file can be delivered alongside photographs, but they need their own listening and playback checks. Confirm the beginning, end, sound level and file label. Galafolio does not automatically create subtitles, transcribe talks or synchronise presentation slides with a recording.
