Use it for a reception, a company celebration or a photobooth area. The display depends on the media becoming visible and on the connection used by the screen.
The live view reads the event's visible photos and videos. Studio imports and approved guest uploads can contribute to the same display. Keep unrelated media in separate events so another client's delivery cannot accidentally become part of the programme.
If guest moderation is enabled, someone must approve the files. That small operational decision matters more than placing a QR code on every table. Test a submission from a guest phone, review it in the studio and confirm that it reaches the screen.
Open the event's live link on the display device and test it at the venue. Check the network, screen proportions and browser full-screen mode. Galafolio supplies the browser view; it does not supply a projector, screen or a guaranteed venue connection.
