Sharing is the last step of preparing an event delivery, not the first. Before sending the link, decide what the client should be able to see and do.
This checklist uses the gallery's access, download and sharing settings. Complete it with the actual event, then test from a browser that is not signed into your studio.
Check the cover, album order and media visibility. Remove test images from the public delivery or keep them hidden. If the collection includes several formats, verify the video and audio players as well as the photographs. Confirm that filenames or captions do not reveal information you did not intend to publish.
Select public access, password, PIN or email registration according to the audience. Set an expiry date if the delivery needs one. Decide whether originals, web versions or no downloads should be offered. Remember that a visitor can forward a link and, where applicable, its password.
Use the gallery link for the final collection. A QR code is another way to open that link, not another access mode. Add a short explanation telling the recipient what they can download or select. Use the upload link separately if you also want guests to contribute files.
Put it into practice
Open the gallery on a phone without your studio session and complete its access journey.
Try a small permitted download or submit a test selection if that is the intended action.
Send the checked link and explain the delivery period, file options and next step.
A team member's access can differ from visitor access. Check the media visibility and test without the studio session.
Prefer an explicit destination for each task. The gallery is for browsing; the event upload page is for contributing files.
