Galafolio can present the photographs, films and audio prepared by a sports event professional. Plan the album structure and access with the club before publishing the first batch.
Choose one consistent structure: day then session, venue then match, or a manageable set of team albums. Confirm names and dates with the organiser. Avoid a mixture of competing structures that makes the same match appear in several places without explanation.
Select the media appropriate for the agreed audience before making it visible. Clubs may have particular instructions about participant photographs, especially at youth events. A protected gallery can control entry, but the photographer and organiser still need to decide what is suitable to distribute and whether downloads are allowed.
Explain whether the gallery contains the full event, a selection or only one commissioned part of the coverage. Galafolio organises the supplied files; it does not automatically find an athlete by face or race number. It also does not provide a print shop or image-sales checkout, so agree any commercial use separately with the client.
