Use album names that match the published programme and check artist names carefully. Distinguish stage coverage, audience atmosphere and backstage material. When several photographers contribute, agree a naming convention and choose one person to verify the set before publication.
Only make approved files visible. If a guest-upload journey is used, it should feed a review process rather than make every contribution immediately suitable for communication. A live photo wall displays visible media and requires a working connection; it is not a live concert video stream or a rights-clearance tool.
An internal production archive and a press delivery may contain different material. Use separate events where permissions must differ. Check the agreed uses of performance recordings and music before distributing them. Galafolio hosts the files supplied by your team; it does not license a recording or automatically edit a concert film.
